Mixed Billing: Bulk Billing is available for patients who have a Healthcare or Pension Card, and those who are 16 and under and 65 or older. Those outside these criteria will have an out-of-pocket fee and will be billed at reception after the appointment.

Dr. Abdul Hadi Shikrani
MBBS, FRACGP, ACRRM
Dr. Shikrani is a genuine integrative GP who holds an Australian College of Aesthetic Medicine Fellowship.
Dr. Shikrani has 35 years of expertise in the area of medicine and earned qualification in 1987. He received training and developed his expertise in medication and general surgery in South Africa, where he worked for ten years. He is a specialist in pediatrics, orthopedics, anesthesia, obstetrics, and ear, nose, and throat health.
Dr. Shikrani is a kind, devoted, and patient-centered healer. He addresses the three main components: body, mind, and spirit. He has worked in Australia for the past 20 years, in both hospitals and general practice, providing services in Obstetrics and Emergency Medicine. Dr. Shikrani has worked in practically every state in Australia, so thus he is aware of a diverse clientele.
He has extensive experience in skin cancer detection, diagnosis, and cure and has successfully removed several SCC, BCC, and melanoma thanks to his Advanced Dermoscopy certification.
Dr. Shivani Mangla
MBBS, DNB MEDICINE
Dr. Shivani Mangla is a dedicated General Practitioner with an interest in women’s and children’s health.
She is currently serving at A1 Doctors Surgery in Sydenham since May 2024. She began her medical journey with an MBBS from Adesh University, completing her degree in 2015 with top honors.
After acquiring substantial clinical experience at Jaipur Golden Hospital from 2018 to 2022, Dr. Shivani further honed her skills through observer roles at Pine Partners Medical Centre in Shepperton and subsequently at A1 Doctors Surgery.
Her approach combines up-to-date medical knowledge with compassionate care, aiming to provide the best possible outcomes for her patients.
Dr Shivani is multilingual and can communicate in English, Hindi and Punjabi
Dr. Sadra Saeed
MBBS, FRACGP
Dr Saeed is a comprehensive GP Specialist, who also focuses on providing our patients with cutting-edge non-invasive cosmetic treatments.
Dr Sadra Saeed has over 20 years of experience, with a special interest in skin cancer checks and treatment, aesthetic medicine, women’s health, and paediatrics.
She also has special certifications and experience in Skin Consultation, Cosmetic Injections, Neurotoxin injections / Anti-wrinkle treatments. She does skin treatments, chemical peels, mask peel, milk peel, mela forte Peel, and Cosmo Peel TCA.
Dr Saeed is multilingual and can communicate in Urdu and Pashto.
